HOW TO GET STARTED :
First thing to do is get in contact with us via email , phone , Facebook , Tik-Tok or Instagram! Describe in detail what your looking for as well as provide dimension/ measurements (FT) . Once we receive your information we can then provide a rough estimate and price. If the price looks good we can then move on to the Next Step!
FREE IN HOME CONSULTATION :
Once we are set on a price we can set up a in-home consultation where Exterior Innovation goes to your home to talk more in detail about what your looking for. They will take measurements as well as give ideas to make sure the project runs smoothly and looks good too. After the consultation we can then move on to the next step !
CONTRACT:
After the in home consultation we will begin working on the contract! This is where we specify everything discussed in your project! All measurements and details specifying what Exterior Innovation will do and provide. We also specify terms as well as City permits and HOA permits.
The great thing about Exterior Innovations is that we provide a total amount for the project but its broken down into payments instead of everything up front. Each payment is given after a certain time as the project is moved along.

If everything looks good on the contract , then you can sign and the next step begins.

ARCHITECTURAL DRAWINGS AND PERMITS:
Once the contract is signed and the deposit is given your project is officially on Exterior Innovation Agenda. We then go ahead and provide Architectural Drawings to submit to the HOA or City. The client can choose to submit to the HOA, The City or both!
START DATE AND COMPLETION DATE:
Once the drawings are submitted we wait for the city to give us the green light. This is where the waiting game starts. When we get the green light from the city or HOA, we can then give a start date and estimated completion date! We get started on the date given and your project is almost complete.
YOUR ALMOST DONE!
